Maple Glazed Ginger Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

3 cups of Brussel sprouts

1 tablespoon of maple syrup

1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil

1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small pot, cook ginger in oil for 2-3 minutes under medium flame.
  2. Add maple syrup, mix in with ginger, and then add the Brussel sprouts.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium-high flame with the cover on, until the sprouts are a deep golden brown. Enjoy!
